GrowRain ("we", "us", or "our") operates hookwriter.growrain.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use HookWriter AI.
1. Information We Collect
HookWriter AI is a client-side tool. Hook text you enter is processed entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We do not collect, store, or retain any hook text you submit through the tool.
When you visit our Site, standard server and CDN logs may automatically record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and session duration. This data is used solely for security, performance monitoring, and aggregate traffic analysis. It is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized, aggregated data about how visitors use the Site — including pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. No individually identifiable information is collected through GA4. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies
Our Site may use minimal session cookies required for basic functionality. We do not deploy advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies on our own behalf. Third-party services (listed below) may set cookies governed by their own privacy policies.

- Cloudflare — CDN, performance, and security infrastructure
- Google Analytics — anonymized aggregate traffic measurement
- Hostinger — web hosting infrastructure

We do not store personal data on our servers beyond standard server log retention periods (typically 30 days), after which log data is deleted on a rolling basis. No hook text or user-generated data is retained by us at any time.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area or the State of California, you have rights with respect to any personal data we may hold about you, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of such data. HookWriter AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the Site and any incidentally collected data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
